At Lumière, we believe that great bread takes time. We refuse to rush the process, using only organic flour, water, and sea salt. No additives, no shortcuts.
Our starters have been nurtured for decades, creating complex flavors and textures that simply cannot be replicated by modern industrial methods. Each loaf is a testament to the art of patience.
